Hi to all our lovely clients!!

An update to what’s been happening during lockdown! I have been working hard behind the scenes to get the salon ready for reopening when we get the go ahead. The current advice at the minute is no earlier than the 4th July but the guidance is changing all the time. The salon has been reorganised to accommodate social distancing and a one way system may be put into place. We have purchased all the necessary PPE and sanitising products and screens will be placed round each section to give you complete peace of mind. All staff will be given extra training in hygiene methods and we have all undertaken Covid 19 sanitising courses. I have also been working on a new outdoor area for you to sit while your colour processes (if its sunny!!)

When we re-open we will be reorganising our booking system to accommodate social distancing so stylists may be working different days and times but we will have extended late night opening to fit you all in the best we can.

This will be the order of booking:

All clients who had an appointment booked between March and July will have their appointments rebooked and once those appointments have been booked we will then work through a waiting list until all clients have been booked in. If you already had an appointment booked in don’t contact us as we will contact you when we have a date for opening (to help keep the phone line free).

Include your full name, your preferred stylist, your availability, contact number  and the service you require (please note we may not be allowed to blow dry so if you can skip this service please indicate this in your email).
Regrettably due to the reduction in working capacity and 15 minute cleaning breaks after every client there will be a increase in prices and a small PPE charge which I am currently working on and will publish in due course.
